Shipping & delivery policy

How and when your order is processed, dispatched and delivered, and who is responsible for duties and damaged parcels.

Where we ship

We ship physical homeware products worldwide from the United Kingdom. All prices and charges are shown and taken in US Dollars (USD).

Order processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
  • Processing (picking, packing and dispatch) usually takes 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 pm UK time, or at weekends, begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed, as final delivery is handled by third-party carriers.

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 4–8 business days
  • United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of world: 8–18 business days

Shipping charges

  • Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and shown in USD before payment.
  • Orders of $55 or more qualify for free worldwide-tracked shipping.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we email a tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@jfkph.shop.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Several of our items contain glass or other fragile parts and are packed accordingly. If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Do not use the damaged item.
  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return postage where a return is needed.

Lost, delayed or undeliverable parcels

  • If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
  • If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A further shipping charge may apply for re-dispatch.
  • Please double-check your delivery address before paying.

Customs, duties & taxes

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes and customs charges may be applied by the destination country. These charges are set by the destination authorities and are the responsibility of the customer (the recipient). We cannot calculate or pre-pay them, and they are not included in the price you pay us. Refusing a parcel to avoid duties may result in the order being treated as a return, subject to our returns policy.
